    What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

    Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

    We offer following payment options:

    How long will delivery take?

    Items are dispatched from the Greece and will arrive in 5-8 days.

    How do you ensure shipments will arrive intact?

    We take extra care in safely packing our fragile items to ensure safe delivery. We ship decades of packages daily. We can ensure you that you will receive your order intact as so many other buyers of ours internationally. If nevertheless the item will be damaged in transit a replacement will be provided. Just write to us directly before you request for return. A satisfactory solution will be provided.

    What is your return policy?

    Our return policy is 14 days return or exchange. All returns must include all original items, original packaging, undamaged, unused and in re-saleable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping and handling fees are absolutely non-refundable.
    If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (outer and inner protections).
    In cases we are unable to identify you as the buyer, in order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
    Please do not send your purchase back before we have reviewed your return case. In many cases, courier companies only require pictures of the damaged package and item in order to close a damage claim in our favor.
    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

    What is the estimated delivery time?

    In-stock items – We ship the product directly from our warehouse. The estimated delivery time given by the carrier is within 3 to 8 business days after the postal date.
    Express Delivery (1-3 business days) – For an additional charge available only for EUROPE buyers.
    We try our best to provide you the most reliable, affordable way of shipping service. But sometimes international delivery is highly dependent on the local customs and postal service.
    We promise that we will ship your order on time, but the final delivery is beyond our hands.

    What if the order has been shipped to a wrong address?What is the estimated delivery time?

    All items will be shipped to the buyer’s registered shipping address. Please double-check your shipping address before you place your order.
    If your item was shipped to the wrong address, it would be returned to us and return shipping costs will be charged.
    Shipping costs are paid by the receiver, except for items sent as “Free Shipping” for which receiver only pays for return cost.
    We can ship the item out again for you upon receiving the item back in the mail but we will need to charge the Standard shipping rates to post the order again
    Unclaimed packages will not be refunded.

    What is the manufacture process of the Cast Alabaster statues

    Cast Marble statues are made from a composite material in which natural crushed Greek Marble stone is mixed with a small quantity of resin that works as a glue. The mixture is then poured into a mold of the statue design. Because the powder is so fine the smallest details can be reproduced using this method. Over 90% of the finished sculpture is natural crushed Greek Marble stone, which gives it a look and feel of solid natural marble. All sculptures are finished by hand to ensure the finest quality. This strong material is water and weather resistant, doesn’t have bubbles, will not crack, and can be washed with most cleaning agents. Please note: Our statues are not carved. Natural marble statues are hand carved and command a very hefty price. Our product offerings are intended to be affordable to the majority public.

    Are the cast marble and cast alabaster statues suitable outside?

    Yes, all of our cast marble and cast alabaster statues are SUITABLE to outdoor conditions. In white statues, after a long time outside you may only see their colour to turn into a light yellow. This is the only change against the time outside as is the case with natural marble. In the painted statues with time, the difference will be much smaller. For extra protection outside, you may apply extra varnish, to preserve the color. We will be happy to assist you.

    Are ceramic products safe for consumption ?

    All of our ceramic items are DECORATIVE ONLY. They are not made for drinking or eating. For this use needs to be painted by a specific vanish, that would turn them safe to consumption, but we do not undertake to do so.

    What if I receive my item broken?

    REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
    Because some of the insurance policies we work with only last 1 to 7 days after delivery, damage claims are to be sent to us immediately after inspection.
    In most cases, courier companies only require pictures of the damaged package and item to close a damage claim in our favor. Most other times the courier will have to inspect the package or return item for analysis. We strive to close damage claims within 7 days after receiving your claim, except for cases when we require the inspection or return to take place.
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

    Do you accept exchanges?

    EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
    We accept exchanges within the 14 days policy. Shipping costs are paid by the receiver, except for items sent as “Free Shipping” for which the receiver only pays for return cost.
    Additionally, if your order is eligible for a full refund, we can also offer a replacement completely free of charge. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a message in order to confirm stock availability.

    Who is responsible for the return shipping costs?

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items sent as “Free Shipping” will also require you to pay for return shipping. If you receive a refund and the return was paid by us, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. In the case of being our company at fault, please contact us as soon as possible in order to start the claim process with the shipping insurance. Depending on where you are located, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    When can I cancel my order?

    CANCELLATIONS (IF APPLICABLE)
    Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order.
    In the majority of cases cancellations are free of charge and eligible for a full refund.
    Cancellation is not possible if:
    -Item was shipped including a pre-transit period in which the shipping company is given the order to pick up and custody. -Item is customized (including any bespoke customization such as material, color, size or form).
